Student Success Team

The Student Success Team (SST) is a partnership between the school and home that utilizes a problem-solving approach to help students be more successful in school. While a Pre-SST meeting includes the student's teacher and a member of the Learning Resource Program, the SST meetings typically include the student, their parents/guardians, their teachers, the resource teacher, the school counselor, and at times All Souls School Administration.

Once agreed upon by all parties, the SST can support in a number of ways:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to help the student with academic and/or behavior/social skills in the classroom and larger school environment
  • Accessing resources and services in the school and the community
  • Recommendations for further evaluations
